I help buyers and sellers in Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, Rossmoor, and Cypress.
I graduated from UCLA in 2013 with a degree in Philosophy and received my California real estate license in 2017. Since then I have represented clients through more than 100 closings, from first homes to investment properties, with transactions ranging from the mid-$100s to just over $3 million.
Buying or selling a home has a lot of moving parts: pricing, inspections, disclosures, financing, negotiations, and timelines that can shift without much warning. I know that process well, and I stay with you through each step so nothing important gets missed and you always know what comes next.
My focus is straightforward. Listen first. Explain the options in plain language. Prepare the file carefully. Communicate quickly. Protect your interests from the first conversation through closing.
I now work with Independent Real Estate, which lets me keep the work personal and the communication direct. Same agent, same number, and a process built around the client rather than a large corporate structure.
