What’s my home worth?

A starting range from Jeff Warren’s local closed work — not an appraisal, and not a portal estimate. You get the range after a private note to Independent Real Estate. Jeff follows up with a comparative market analysis.

The math is simple and honest: median sold price per square foot from his published closings (same city when there are at least two; otherwise the full sample), times your square footage, then ±12%. If you skip square footage, the city’s — or overall — sold-price median is used, and the range is wider.

What you receive
A working range, then a private CMA. Nothing here is a guaranteed list price or a promise of what a buyer will pay.
